My Top 4 Instagram Accounts to Follow for PCOS

Over the last 5 years, PCOS (or at least since I actually started researching it) more and more information has become available for women looking for answers to their newly diagnosed symptoms.

When I first found out that I had PCOS I went to “Tio Google”. Let’s just say I broke down crying, mortified at what I was reading and thought my life was over. Google can be a scary place when you just open the first thing you see. After calming down and obtaining more information from my doctor, I looked to see if there were any Instagram accounts, Facebook Community Pages and even YouTuber’s who happened to have PCOS and man did I hit the mother-load!

I wanted to follow them all, but at the same time I didn’t want mix signals on what I could do to naturally get my body back in order. Sooooo….. I compiled a list of my top 5 Instagram accounts I follow for PCOS.

@thewomensdietitian

Cory Ruth is a Registered Dietitian who’s an expert in women’s health, hormones, fertility, digestion and PCOS. When I first found her account I was amazed at the amount of health advise she post on a daily basis. From ways to manage your stress level, her Golden Turmeric Milk Tea (that i swear by before bed) and information on balancing hormones for different types of PCOS, such as, Insulin Resistant like myself.

@thepcosbible

This Aussie beauty quickly became a mentor and trusted friend to me. Kayla lives in Australia, but has impacted women all over the world with her easy to approach charisma and truthfulness when it comes to anxiety, hormonal bloating and PCOS. Her Instagram is filled with beautiful content from Banana Macadamia Muffins to the release of her eBook “The PCOS Bible”.

@pcos.weightloss

Tallene is Registered Dietitian and PCOS Dietitian in sunny California! She has been helping women lose weight and manage their PCOS by gluten-free and dairy-free. She also talks about Ovasitol, which is a supplement (not a drug) that helps balance blood sugar which helps regulate your period and naturally heal insulin resistance. Did I mention it helps with Egg Quality too! She started the Cysterhood to help women stay on track to manage their PCOS.

@smartpcoschoices

Kym Campbell is a PCOS Advocate who has shown her own success by first changing her lifestyle to fall pregnant naturally and deliver a beautiful baby while managing her PCOS. She has a 30 day challenge that women all over the US and abroad rave about and have seen true success in managing their PCOS.

I hope these women bring you joy and insight into PCOS and Infertility. Follow them for great content!
